8BIT organizes together with BumbleB #3339 and Elysium #1937 a captains conference for all FRC groups in Israel.

 

The conference was founded in 2021 and occurs 3 times a year, each team hosting one of the conferences at there workshop.

In the conference we invite mentors and graduates of teams to explain from there experience to help them improve along the duration of their position.
